Our Legacy
The Diamond H Standard 00 was formed and molded from a legacy, Built from Three generations within the welding industry, developing solutions to exceed the applicable codes and standard while achieving success on projects within multiple industries and trade disciplines.
Hatter Welding Solutions (HWS) begins with training and advancing education, which is how welding became a way of life for founder, Daniel Hatter. Daniel’s father and grandfather introduced him at an extremely early age to the welding industry and the need to understand the science of metallurgy long with a strong presence of work ethic. This generational knowledge and experience is what culminated in the Diamond H Standard 00 of quality.
Our leadership and employees have adopted the Diamond H Standard 00 enabling our team to train and advance forward with a collective and common goal bringing success to our customers, regardless of the industrial challenges encountered.
No matter the challenge if it be workflow, production schedule, quality related acceptance criteria or staff development, HWS can bring a solution to all of our customers needs, that will build a relationship worthy of the brand of quality.

00 Training
HWS believes in the motto “We Weld The Way We Train”, this applies to both entry level apprentices just starting their career in welding or the seasoned veteran in the industry. HWS Establishes specific training, procedures and process development per project to facilitate job site specific needs, as well as proficiency testing that is above and beyond the applicable code, “No Two jobs or Welds are Alike!”
00 Quality
As stated, applicable codes and standards are the minimal requirement, NOT the maximum goal. The Diamond H Standard 00 is to meet the project needs by providing the highest quality to exceed the applicable codes and standards. (Quality welds and workmanship meet production needs!)
